The rooms were exceptional and extremely spacious with the glass exterior window and 2 queen beds, just what was needed. We had a microwave oven, coffee/tea makers, and a refrigerator in the room.

We were only there for about 8 hours but the staff was super friendly and accommodating.

Truly enjoyed well priced rooms.

The breakfast was nice hot with toast and over ripened bananas, for instance and had something for everyone. I booked a room with a nice bed, cable channels, a microwave and a refrigerator. Location: the hotel was just off New Cumberland, highway staff very friendly and Hershey park.

The staff here was extremely friendly and offered great recommendations, plus the breakfast options were affordable and enjoyable starting early at 6:15am.

The room was pretty clean, maids were prompt and someone was always at the main office to answer questions/calls.

The outside appearance was pretty dingy, everything looked kind of run down but the rooms which might turn people away before even seeing the rooms. The continental breakfast left much to be desired.

Instead of driving from the Midwest to New York and Washington we stayed at Days Inn New Cumberland, left our car, and took the train. We were not certain this would work, but with the advice and assistance of the staff it worked perfectly. The staff was very helpful in solving several of our travel problems. We can recommend this hotel highly.

The breakfast offered here was nice, with toast and ripe bananas available, and the location was convenient for exploring the west shore.

The pool was clean and refreshing but in the parking lot that had junked cars at one end. The room was very quiet, all employees smiled and were very nice. I would stay there again because of the price.

The rooms had a strong smell of some kind of sweet cherry? Air freshner that was like candy and not appealing but I got used to it.

Enjoyed to see how clean it was and privacy. It was worth the money.

The staff here were extremely friendly and very polite, providing me with a double room that had a tub and a glass window.

Easy check in. Pet friendly. Pool. Parking. Fridge. Microwave. Coffee pot.

Could have had a clothes closet. A small table could have been in the room other than the desk. Coffee pot could have been located out of the bathroom.

We liked the rate but you get what you pay for and in this case we did.

The location of the hotel and it's outward appreance was not very conducive to a feeling of security. The front desk, if you could call it that , was in a separate building about 25 yards from the sleeping rooms building. We read that the property was new and that is why we selected it for the price. It was not new but some of the rooms are being redone, hence the new description. If we had know that is was not a new motel we would have chosen someplace else. We asked for a newly redone room and it was satifactory except for the computer desk that had conveintly located plug ins but they were not plugged into the wall nor was there any receptical to accomplish that task within reach of the cord. The room was up one flighe but there was no elevator. There was a coke machine on each floor but they were all empty. The young man at the desk was nice and helpful but he was dressed like he just got up from a nap. I do not expect a suit and tie but better attire would go a long way to instill some confidence in the guests. The room keys hade to be redone 3 times because they did not work even thoug we kept them from magnets, cell phones and other credit cards.
